KC FLOCK® W-100GK distributed by Toyotsu Chemiplas and manufactured by Nippon Paper is a filler based on fine powdered cellulose fiber. It is non-abrasive with low ash content. It is suitable for artificial & synthetic leathers as well as various types of recycled and biodegradable plastics.
- KC FLOCK® W-100GK can also stabilize three-dimensional structure of rubber, preventing its shrinkage deformation and effectively reducing the total weight of final product.
- It provides hygroscopic properties and allows uniform air bubble formation to produce a smooth & homogeneous foam product.
