Algoflon® L203 R

Algoflon® L203 R by Syensqo is designed for use as an additive in critical engineering and high-end performance host materials such as thermoplastics, elastomers and lubricants. It possesses high specific surface area, low molecular weight, good blendability, improved lubricity, reduced friction & wear and deagglomerated under shear. It is produced from dispersion polymerization comprising loose agglomerates of sub-micon sized primary particles. Algoflon® L203 R can be de-agglomerated to sub-micron particle size by the application of shear, providing a better dispersion and distribution of the PTFE particles in the application. It is used in industrial parts, pipes, pumps, fittings & valves, metal & surface treatment products, non-food plastic packaging and household brown & white good applications.
