Algoflon® L203 R by Syensqo is designed for use as an additive in critical engineering and high-end performance host materials such as thermoplastics, elastomers and lubricants. It possesses high specific surface area, low molecular weight, good blendability, improved lubricity, reduced friction & wear and deagglomerated under shear. It is produced from dispersion polymerization comprising loose agglomerates of sub-micon sized primary particles. Algoflon® L203 R can be de-agglomerated to sub-micron particle size by the application of shear, providing a better dispersion and distribution of the PTFE particles in the application. It is used in industrial parts, pipes, pumps, fittings & valves, metal & surface treatment products, non-food plastic packaging and household brown & white good applications. Algoflon® L100 by Syensqo is an abrasion-, tear-, wear-, deformation-, flame- and smoke resistance agent. It is produced from dispersion polymerization. It exhibits outstanding wear-, rub-, scratch-, chemical-, corrosion- and temperature resistance. Also exhibits increased processing rate. Algoflon® L100 possesses release-, anti-stick- and lubricating properties. It offers low coefficient of friction, reduced wear and good low temperature torque. It is suitable for thermoplastics and elastomers. Applications include gaskets, O-rings, shaft seals, drive belts, window/door seals, window wipers, pump heads, gears, valves, bushings, bearings, slides, other wear components, office equipments and appliance wear components. Also, used in FDA (Food and Drug Administration) compliant roller covers, conveyor belts, roller covers, transmission seals and wire & cable jacketing. Algoflon® L101-1 by Syensqo is polytetrafluoroethylene-based abrasion-, tear-, wear-, deformation-, flame- and smoke resistance agent. It possesses very high specific surface area, low molecular weight and good blend ability. This product exhibits outstanding rub-, scratch-, chemical- and temperature resistance. Also exhibits low surface energy, low coefficient of friction and increased processing rate. Algoflon® L101-1 possesses release-, anti-stick- and lubricating properties. It is suitable for thermoplastics and elastomers. Applications include gaskets, O-rings, shaft seals, drive belts, window/door seals, window wipers, pump heads, gears, valves, bushings, bearings, slides, other wear components, office equipments, appliance wear components, FDA compliant roller covers, conveyor belts, roller covers, transmission seals and wire & cable jacketing. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550. Algoflon® D 1613F by Syensqo is a wetting and film-forming agent. It is a PTFE dispersion and is produced without any intentional use or addition of PFOA. Designed for conventional impregnation and cast film processes. Provides low friction, high chemical- and heat resistance. Exhibits excellent shear stability and high gloss. It contains no polyethoxylated alkylphenols. Algoflon® D 1613F is used for automotive applications. Algoflon® D 1610 F by Syensqo is used as an anti-drip agent in flame-retardant formulations. It is a PFOA-free white aqueous PTFE dispersion. This product exhibits good wetting properties and shear stability. Algoflon® D 1610 F possesses no polyethoxylated alkylphenols, chemical resistance, high heat resistance, excellent anti-dripping effect and low friction. It is used in household brown & white goods, non-food plastic packaging, electrical protection products and wearable medical devices. Also, used in display technologies, electrical components, home & mobile electronics and smart devices for enhanced design & connectivity.
