Struktol® HT 105A by Struktol is a non-discoloring, multifunctional, mild mastication and processing additive for natural rubber. It is a combination of metal soaps and an aromatic disulphide. It provides excellent dispersion in rubber and powdery compounding materials. It results in more uniform molecular weight distribution and better dynamic vulcanizate properties. The optimum performance is achieved at about 130°C and two-roll mills at temperatures above 90°C. Recommended dosage level is 1-3 phr. Struktol® HT 105A has a shelf life of 2 years.
