BORATHERM™ SG200 LVS by Sibelco Specialty Minerals is a blended filler grade produced from synthetic aluminum hydroxide (ATH). It maximizes the heat dissipation properties of polymer composites. Offers thermal conductivity, electrical insulation and good flowability. BORATHERM™ SG200 LVS is suitable for silicone, epoxy, polyurethane and other matrices applications. It is used in applications where heat-dissipation & fire-retardancy are critical, for example in thermal interface materials (including electronic vehicle battery heat
management), casting resins for power transformers and in potting & encapsulating materials for electric and electronic applications.
