AMINOX® stabilizer by SI Group is an aminic antioxidant. It is used in neoprene, nitrile rubbers, natural rubber, SBR and their lattices. This antioxidant can be added directly to solid rubber or can be added in a dispersed form to latex. AMINOX® stabilizer is a low temperature reaction product of diphenylamine and acetone. It disperses readily & provides non-blooming before and after cure with a negligible effect on cure rate. Also develops mild yellowing in cured compounds. This antioxidant is used in tire carcass, heels, soles, mechanical goods, dipped goods, sundries and wire insulation. It is soluble in acetone and ethylene but insoluble in water and gasoline. The shelf life of the product is 2 years. It is FDA approved.
