Hopebright ER-II by Shanghai Hope-chem is an optical brightening agent. It is a stilbene-like compound, appearing non-ionic. It can enhance about 15% of the synergistic effect. It is mainly used for whitening and brightening of plastic chemical fiber, blend fabric and artificial leather. Hopebright ER-II has a recommended dosage level of 10-15%.
