LS-400 (Shandong Repolyfine Additives)

LS-400 by Shandong Repolyfine Additives is a good general-purpose processing aid. It provides excellent dispersion, smooth glossy surface and shortened fusion time. It increases melt strength, extensibility and output rates. It promotes faster fusion, wide processing window, low dust, excellent fluidity and anti-cohesive property. It improves PVC gelation and melts homogeneity. LS-400 is used in rigid PVC, such as window profiles, siding, fences, roofing sheets, pipes, fittings and injection-molded parts. Recommended usage level is 1.5-2 phr for PVC 100 phr.
