Rhenopren® 14 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter for compounds based on natural- and synthetic rubber. It offers uncured compounds with a high resistance to deformation and green compounds with good stability. It is applicable in bicycle valve tubing, rubber threads, printer rollers, hand-made goods, surface layer for rubber shoes, fabric proofing, open-cured profiles and hoses. Recommended dosage level is 5-40 phr and for food contact applications max. 20% relative to finished article. Rhenopren® 14 has a shelf life of 3 years.
