Rhenogran® TAC-50

Rhenogran® TAC-50 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a cross-linking co-agent for the peroxide vulcanization of synthetic rubber. It shows increased hardness, higher modulus, outstanding rebound resilience and abrasion resistance. It provides additional reactive sites for cross-linking and the rate of cross-linking can be improved by the addition of a co-agent. It is designed for molded and extruded technical articles based on EPDM, EPM, NBR, CM, e.g. seals, sleeves, cables and profiles. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-4 phr, depending on the amount of peroxide used. Rhenogran® TAC-50 has a shelf life of 2 years.
