Rhenofit® OCD

Rhenofit® OCD by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an anti-oxidant designed for CR, NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR and EVM. It is suggested for applications that have to withstand higher temperatures. It is effective against dynamic crack formation caused by oxygen. In conjunction with Rhenogran® MMBI-70, Rhenofit® OCD, it is most effective for the protection of rubber goods which are exposed to heat. It is suitable for heat resistant goods, bicycle tires, inner tubes, sponge rubber and footwear (expanded rubber soles). Recommended dosage level as antioxidant and for protection against rubber poisons is 1-2 phr and as anti-flex cracking agent is 1.5-3.5 phr. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
