Antilux® 654

Antilux® 654 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an anti-check wax or anti-ozonant to protect rubber articles against ozone and weathering influences. It migrates to the surface of the vulcanizates, due to its reduced solubility and forms there a complete protective film which remains stable at temperatures up to -10-50°C. It shows excellent stability against dynamic stress in protective film.

• It is designed for tires and technical rubber articles (conveyor belts, cable coverings), technical molded and extruded articles (profiles) used at higher service temperatures.
• Recommended dosage level of Antilux® 654 in tires 1-4phr and other rubber article is 10 phr depending on the type of compound.
• It has a shelf life of 3 years.
