Aflux® 37

Aflux® 37 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter designed for silica product-based on SSBR, BR, NR. It enhances the processing of silica-based rubber compounds by improving silica dispersion and decreasing compound viscosity. It exhibits higher extrusion rates and acts as a surface-active substance for white fillers. Aflux® 37 is used in combination with any silane. It is also suitable in compounds for tires and technical rubber goods. Recommended dosage level is 2-6 phr, depending on the amount of white filler and for a rubber compound is 3-4 phr containing 80-100 phr silica. It has a shelf life of 3 years.
