JADEWIN KCB by Qingdao Jade New Material Technology is a 2,2'-(naphthalene-1,4-diyl)bis(benzoxazole). Acts as an optical brightener. Offers the masking effect (where odor is suppressed) and visual aspects & aesthetics. It absorbs invisible radiation and re-emits it as visible light in the blue range of the spectrum. It is insoluble in water but soluble in ordinary organic solvents. JADEWIN KCB by Qingdao Jade New Material Technology is used to mask yellowish cast sometimes observed in plastics and fibers after high temperature processing operations. Applications include textiles and carpets. Listed in AICS, DSL, EINECS, IECSC, ENCS, NZloC, ECL, TSCA and PICCS.
