TUFRov® 4599

TUFRov® 4599 by PPG Fiber Glass is a tailor-made roving glass fiber grade. Acts as a reinforcing agent. Each package is in a wrap film with each pallet stretch wrapped to protect the fiber glass roving from dirt and moisture. Exhibits spread ability of the roving bundle and offers optimum balance of sizing functions. Provides excellent wet-out, processing and coupling. Sizing on the fiber surface has been tailored to provide optimal balance of dry strength, fiber resin wetting and minimal sizing rub-off on process contact points. Available in inside payout. Low tex yields are available in outside payout upon request. Designed for thermoplastic pultrusion and LFT processes. TUFRov® 4599 by PPG Fiber Glass is used for long fiber polyproplyene (PP) processes such as granulate long fiber thermoplastic (GLFT) and direct long fiber thermoplastic (DLFT).
