SL AS PP 20 by Polytechs is a masterbatch containing 20 % of a blend of slip and antistatic agents in PP homopolymer (MI 2) film grade.
It has a combination of slip (6%) and antistatic agents (14%). It is recommended when both short and long term antistatic effect is required. It has a very good process heat stability and minimum volatility in the TDO. It is used in BOPP films, where low coefficient of friction and antistatic properties are required. SL AS PP 20 is recommended for the core of coextruded films. Typical percentage of SL AS PP 20 in the inner layer is 1 to 3%. SL AS PP 20 can be used with AB PP 5S or AB PP 10S in the skin layer.
