Highstab™ Calcium Organic Stabilizer

Highstab™ Calcium Organic Stabilizer by Platinum Industries is an environment friendly heat stabilizer. It replaces the use of both conventional lead-based stabilizer as well as calcium-zinc stabilizer. The PVC processed with this stabilizer can be recycled up to 5 cycles with color change happening in the 3rd cycle. Highstab™ Calcium Organic Stabilizer is zinc free and has excellent sustainability with good light stability. It has excellent mechanical properties, processing window, dosage is nearly similar to lead stabilizers and cost effective. It has great shelf life and performs brilliantly. It can also be used across a whole range of applications like plumbing pipes, floor tiles, fittings, technical profiles, mica sheets, foam boards, conduit pipe, gasket, cables, shoe soles, window profiles, medical tubes, agri pipes, disposable oxygen mask, flooring and plastisol.
