POLYULTRA 05012 by Plastiblends is HALS (hindered amine light stabilizer) masterbatch carried in a PP (polypropylene) resin. It acts as an ultraviolet (UV) light stabilizer. Exhibits high gas fading-, sulfur - and pesticide resistance. POLYULTRA 05012 shows less interaction with organic pigments. Used in blown films, cast films, injection molding, blow molding and rotational molding. Applications include greenhouse films, shade nets, mulch films, water storage tanks, crates, playground slides, chairs, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles, raffia, monofilament fishing lines, pipes and nonwoven fabrics.
