POLYCLEAR 05045 by Plastiblends is clarifying and nucleating masterbatch carried in a PP (polypropylene) resin. It can be formulated to provide product enhancement at low dosages. Forms small sized spherulites which allow visible light to pass through. Shows faster crystallization rate and higher re-crystallization during polymer melting & cooling which further results in tangible cycle time reductions in injection molding applications. Offers improved transparency, stiffness and high-temperature superconductivity. It is used in cast films, extrusion coatings, raffia, pipes, extrusion processes and thermoforming. It is applicable for injection molded (IM) polypropylene (PP) containers, caps, closures, white goods/ appliances and automobiles. POLYCLEAR 05045 approved for food contact applications.
