- Recommended loading levels for homopolymer PP is 0.3-0.5% and for random copolymers is 0.1-0.3%.
- It is also an efficient mold release and de-nesting additive and allows easy separation of stacked parts.
- In mold release applications, the recommended loading levels for homopolymers is 0.2-0.4%, for random copolymers 0.1-0.2% and for impact copolymers 0.3-0.5%.
- It is also a very good mold release for many PVC injection molding applications and is typically used at loading levels of 0.3-0.6%.
