TUBALL™ MATRIX 605

TUBALL™ MATRIX 605 by OCSiAl is an easy-to-handle masterbatch based on graphene nanotubes. It has siloxanes and silicones vinyl group-terminated as concentrate carrier. It is designed for silicone compounds like high consistency rubbers (HCR).

• It provides superior, permanent & uniform electrical conductivity without hot spots at low dosages.
• It offers reduced electrical resistivity of the material, with minimal impact on the host matrix, retaining and improving mechanical properties.
• It enables the production of conductive parts that retain bright colors.
• It minimally increases the density and maintains the color and rheological properties of the uncured compound.
• It can be processed using the standard equipment.
• It can be used to adjust volume resistivity within the range 10–10¹¹ ohm-cm in the final compound.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.5 wt.% for anti-static, conductive and static dissipative applications.
• The shelf life of TUBALL™ MATRIX 605 is up to 18 months.
