POLYMENT™ KX-EK-100R

POLYMENT™ KX-EK-100R by Nippon Shokubai is a high-performance, VOC-free, water-based polyacrylamine emulsion with primary and secondary amines on the side chains. It is the only cationic acrylic polymer with primary amine in the world (based on an in-house survey by STN on December 11, 2019.) It is an eco-friendly grade with low-viscosity, easy handling, film strength and anti-blocking properties.

• In addition to the superior film-forming properties and safety (Ames-negative) derived from the acrylic main chain, it exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates and reactivity to cross-linking agents such as epoxy, isocyanate, acryloyl and activated ester derived from amino groups.
• It offers fast drying, long pot-life and excellent emulsion stability with low temperature curing with crosslinker.
• It is suitable for acrylic, styrene, ABS, epoxy, OPP, PVF, ETFE and PVC.
• POLYMENT™ KX-EK-100R shows good water and chemical resistance.
