EPOSTAR™ Series by Nippon Shokubai are toner additives, light diffusion and matting agents. They are heat-cured, spherical fine particles with melamine and benzoguanamine resins as raw materials. They possess high refractive index and positive charge due to high density nitrogen atom. They offer excellent heat and solvent resistance. EPOSTAR™ Series are used in resin modification and optics.
