BT-308

BT-308 by Nanjing Baitong New Material acts as an impact modifier. It improves the toughness of plastics, compatibility, surface gloss and weathering resistance. It provides impact resistance, scratch resistance, dimensional stability, balanced transparency and tear resistance. It maintains the rigidity, tensile strength and heat resistance of the matrix.

• It is suitable for engineering plastics including polycarbonate (PC), PC/PBT alloy, nylon (PA), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polylactic acid (PLA), PVC (rigid/soft), polypropylene (PP) and high impact polystyrene (HIPS).
• It is also applicable for acrylic (PMMA), acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate copolymer (ASA).
• It is processed by injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding and calendering.
• It is used in automotive industry (bumpers, instrument panels, interior parts), electronic and electrical appliances (cell phone shells, charger plugs, connectors), building materials (PVC door and window profiles, pipes) and packaging field (transparent containers, films).
• The recommended dosage of BT-308 is 3-10 phr.
