PolarTherm™ Boron Nitride Powder-PT100

PolarTherm™ Boron Nitride Powder-PT100 by Momentive Performance Materials is boron nitride. Acts as a filler. It is a high purity single crystal grade with a low tap density. High aspect ratio platelets may consistently provide excellent thermal conductivity performance. It is non wetting, lubricious, inert and chemically stable thermal conductor and electrical insulator. Has low dielectric constant/loss and high temperature stability. It may offer benefits to a variety of electronics applications. Potential uses of PolarTherm™ Boron Nitride Powder-PT100 are thermal interface films or pads, thermal greases or gels and thermally conductive plastics.
