LUBMER™ L4420 is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) by Mitsui Chemicals. Used as a tribology modifier of engineering plastics or a replacement for PTFE. Exhibits high mechanical properties, low friction and high processability. Designed for lightweight gears and bearings. It can reduce a squeaking sound with a variety of materials. Improves durability due to high abrasion resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding, co-extrusion or insert mold. LUBMER™ L4420 contributes to increased product efficiency and total cost reduction.
