LUBMER™ LY1040

LUBMER™ LY1040 by Mitsui Chemicals is PFOA-free, PA66 modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). It improves abrasion resistance for higher durability and robust material. MIPELON™ PM-200 by Mitsui Chemicals is an anti-blocking agent for film applications. It is a halogen-free, easy to mold, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with spherical powder shape, low friction and narrow particle size distribution. This grade improves the sliding property, makes the rubber stronger to wear thus enhancing the durability of the product. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li>It exhibits high mechanical properties, uniform dispersion and superb processability. </li> <li>It decreases the coefficient of friction and prevents bleed out over time, unlike other slipping agents. </li> <li>This grade offers enhanced abrasion resistance, high chemical resistance, low to none water absorption. </li> <li>It also, displays antiscratch properties. </li> <li>MIPELON™ PM-200 is food contact acceptable and is suitable for protective film and food packaging applications. </li></ul>
