Hyperform® HPN® 715

Hyperform® HPN® 715 by Milliken acts as a nucleating agent. It is a high-performance additive designed for use by injected molders in polypropylene (PP) homopolymers and impact copolymers to yield the highest stiffness possible in the resin while retaining good impact resistance.

• It offers superior thermal stability through improved heat deflection temperature and excellent heat resistance.
• It has a fast crystallization speed that helps injection molders to boost their productivity by accelerating cooling times and reducing cycle times.
• Hyperform® HPN® 715 modified PP allows downgauging and reduces filler requirements, thereby improving design freedom, reducing weight and cutting material costs.
• It also allows for PP to replace other materials, particularly polystyrene.
• It is suitable for processing by injection molding, thermoforming and extrusion.
• It is recommended for automotive compounds & components, household appliance parts, packaging, industrial packaging, garden furniture, buckets and microwaveable containers.
