MPM® 1110

Supplied byMayzo- Last Updated on Dec 14, 2022

MPM® 1110 by Mayzo is a pelletized masterbatch containing a high performance proprietary beta nucleant formulation in a polypropylene homopolymer resin. It is suitable for thick extruded applications that are gray or black colored such as geogrids. It can be added to non-nucleated and some pigmented polypropylene polymers including homopolymers, random copolymers, and impact copolymers, in order to produce high levels of beta phase crystallinity in extruded sheets, films, and pipes, as well as injection molded parts. It improves the strength and ductility of injection molded or extruded polypropylene. It offers long term creep and chemical resistance in drainage pipe applications. MPM® 1110 can also be used for extruded sheet that is used to thermoform PP products. Recommended addition level is 0.20% to 1.0% for non-nucleated polypropylene resin. It is approved by FDA.
