AS PP T19 by Manntek is an anti-scratch agent. It is a masterbtach consists of 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane and special additives dispersed in PP polymer. It exhibits excellent anti-scratch from enhanced slip properties and low coefficient of friction. It offers silky surface from surface modification and improves compound flow, mixing, lubrication, mold release and mold filling properties. It provides good physical properties, low energy consumption, improved throughput and no migration the product surface. AS PP T19 is recommended for use in PP/Talc and PP/POE/Talc compound, interior door panels, dashboards and bumpers.
