CR PP 2X by Manntek is a masterbatch for PP controlled rheology. It is extruded with polypropylene as a base resin and peroxide (2.5-dimethyl 2.5 di(ter-butylperoxy) hexane by twin extruder. It is recommended for glass mat & long fiber reinforced thermoplastic, radical initiator for MAH grafting on to polymer and to modify melt index of recycled PP.
ASC HPP 50S by Manntek is an anti-scratch agent. It is a masterbtach consists of 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in PP polymer. It offers silky surface from surface modification and improves compound flow, mixing, lubrication, mold release and mold filling properties. It exhibits excellent anti-scratch from enhanced slip properties and low coefficient of friction. ASC HPP 50S offers good physical properties, low energy consumption and improved throughput.
