Crys-Talc® 7HC by Magris Performance Materials is a talc-based filler. It is a high brightness, ultrafine, micro-lamellar talc that is recommended for nucleation of polymers and for film and thin gauge polymer applications.
  • It significantly increases the crystallization temperature of semi-crystalline polymers including polyolefins, polyamides and polyesters.
  • It also enhances stiffness, HDT and dimensional stability of polymer compounds.
  • It is ideal for film or thin sheet applications requiring optimum optical properties, such as high clarity and low haze, due to the high brightness and micro-crystallinity of the talc ore used in Crys-Talc®7H.
  • Crys-Talc® 7HC is the compacted form of Crys-Talc® 7H and is recommended for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust generation and improved dispersion.
