SYLVAROS™ DRS 214K Disproportionated Rosin Soap by KRATON is an emulsifier used in the polymerization process of SBR, nitrile rubber, polychloroprene and ABS plastics. It is based on an aqueous solution of disproportionated rosin neutralized with a potassium hydroxide solution. It also functions as air-entraining agents. It offers stability against phase separation at 0°C. SYLVAROS™ DRS 214K is also suitable for aqueous systems and used in preparation of pigments.
