KVIS-20 by Kothari Petrochemicals is an external & internal lubricant and an excellent dispersant. It is a non-toxic, chemically inert, viscoelastic polyisobutylene (PIB) grade with the ability to increase tackiness.
- It possesses high molecular weight with low viscosity.
- It offers tribological benefits, improved mechanical & thermal properties, improved surface finish and increased compound output.
- It is a cost-effective performance additive which improves dispersion and flow properties of compounds for filler-, white-, black- & color masterbatch and PVC pipes & fittings, profiles, wires & cable compounds.
- The recommended dosage level is 2 to 3 phr.
- KVIS-20 has a shelf life of 12 months.
