Bondogen® E by King Industries is an alkylaromaticsulfonic acid in a low viscosity mineral oil. Acts as a high activity plasticizer, processing aid and peptizer. Bondogen® E promotes easy and fast mixing of heavily loaded and highly accelerated stocks. It inhibits scorch in stock preparation as well as improves plasticity without changing curing rates or physical properties. Used for all elastomers at dosage level of 1-5 phr. Can also be used in NR, EPDM, and NBR.
