Javachem® GT-300

Javachem® GT-300 by Javachem is an ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in linear low-density polyethylene. It is easy to add in production process due to its particle form. It is compliant with article 177.1520(c) 3 of FDA, and the siloxane part is compliant with article 181.28 of FDA.

• It exhibits good dispersion.
• It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blown film after mixing with the plastic particles.
• It offers improved processing fluidity, reduced torque and enhanced throughput.
• It provides improved surface gloss of thermoplastic, reduced die drool, enhanced surface smoothness along with mold-filling ability and de-molding properties.
• It is recommended to be used for low smoke zero halogen (LSOH) cable materials.
• It can be used together with additives and with fillers to improve dispersion.
• It can be used as food contact additive.
• The dosage level of the grade for PE, PP, EVA and PA is 0.5-5.0%.
• Javachem® GT-300 has a shelf life of 2 years.
