PP Calcium Carbonate -Fibre Spinning Grade 03 by J K Group is PP carrier resin based calcium carbonate filler and impact modifier masterbatch. It is environment friendly and offers an extremely good dispersion with any polymer. PP Calcium Carbonate -Fibre Spinning Grade 03 offers cost reduction and improves printability, smoothness as well as whiteness. It maintains the transparency of polymer and keeps optical properties almost intact. It prevents slitting & folding of tapes in tape lines from splitting in machine direction. Used for PP/PE fiber and tape spinning. It is also used for rafia sacks & rafia bags. Recommended to be used at adding ratio of 10-30%.
