InCal® 15BF by Incoa Performance Minerals is a mineral modifier based on highest purity, silica-free calcium carbonate. It is a chemical-free, non-abrasive product with low acid insolubles and iron. It provides excellent dispersion and superior thermal-, UV- and processing stability.
  • It has a precisely controlled and very steep particle size distribution and a very low specific surface area.
  • It is a dry ground product with zero water used, fewest process stages and lowest carbon footprint.
  • It is manufactured by superior grinding/treatment technology.
  • InCal® 15BF is used in polyolefin products such as breathable films, BOPP, fibers and nonwovens.
  • It is suitable for polyester and biopolymer products due to very low moisture.
  • It is designed for extrusion coating, thermoforming and blow molding.
