The company specializes in the production and distribution of fine, ultrafine, and treated ground calcium carbonate commonly referred to as InCal® serving markets across North America. INCOA’s ground calcium carbonate materials function as high-performance polymer additives, particularly in plastics and rigid vinyl applications. Rheological behavior, dispersion quality, and surface finish in polymer compounds are improved through the material’s steep particle size curves and low agglomeration tendency.

InCal® 2T

InCal® 2T by Incoa Performance Minerals is a mineral modifier based on highest purity, silica-free calcium carbonate. It contains low acid insolubles and iron. It is a non-abrasive, chemical-free, dry ground product with zero water used, fewest process stages and lowest carbon footprint. It is manufactured by superior grinding/treatment technology for excellent dispersion during processing.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It has a precisely controlled and very steep particle size distribution and a very low specific surface area.</li> <li>It exhibits outstanding UV- and processing stability.</li> <li>InCal® 2T is suitable for use in polyolefins, blown & cast film, extrusion coating, thermoforming and blow-, injection- and roto-molding.</li> <li> It is recommended for wire & cable, sheet, sidings and fencing applications.</li> <li>It is certified by the National Sanitation Foundation for manufacturing potable water PVC pipes and fittings.</li></ul>
