InCal® 10BF by Incoa Performance Minerals is a mineral modifier based on highest purity, silica-free calcium carbonate. It is non-abrasive and contains low acid insolubles and iron. It is a chemical-free, dry ground product with zero water used, fewest process stages and lowest carbon footprint.
  • It has a precisely controlled and very steep particle size distribution and very low specific surface area.
  • It is manufactured by superior grinding/treatment technology.
  • It provides excellent dispersion as well as thermal-, UV- and processing stability.
  • InCal® 10BF is designed for polyolefin products such as breathable films, BOPP, fibers and nonwovens.
  • It is used in polyester and biopolymer products due to very low moisture.
  • It is suitable for use in extrusion coating, thermoforming and blow molding.
