FilmLink® 500 by Imerys is an untreated grounded calcium carbonate. It offers dispersion and thixotropy. Used in nonwovens, polyolefin, breathable polyolefin, BOPP, agricultural films as well as in engineering resins. The coating also makes these fine products less susceptible to moisture pick-up during use and storage. It offers improved mechanical, rheological, optical and dispersion properties. FilmLink® 500 is also suitable for processing by PE & PP blow molding, PE & PP sheet for thermoforming and extrusion coating.
