Atomite®

Atomite® by Imerys is untreated grounded calcium carbonate. It can improve mechanical, rheological, optical and dispersion properties. The coating also makes these fine products less susceptible to moisture pick-up during use and storage. It is used in PVC sewer/potable water pipe, fencing/decking, wire & cable, PE & PP injection molding and PE & PP sheet for thermoforming. Atomite® is also used in PVC flexible footwear, calendered sheeting, PVC flexible applications, PVC profile extrusions, engineering and unsaturated polyester resins.
