GRINDSTED® PS 431 by IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences is an anti-fogging agent for use in packaging. It is polyglycerol ester made from edible, refined, fatty acids and sorbitan ester derived from edible, refined fatty acids. It is in full conformity with the requirements for identity and purity stipulated by the joint FAO/WHO expert committee on food additives. GRINDSTED® PS 431 has a shelf life of 24 months.
