
Einar® 618 by Palsgaard is a plant-based, food-grade internal anti-fogging additive for masterbatches based on polypropylene. It is a polyglycerol ester made from fatty acids of vegetable origin and is produced in CO2-neutral factories.
- It provides excellent cold fog performance in PE and PP food packaging but will also give good performance in hot fog conditions.

- It is suitable for coextruded, cast, BOPP and laminated PE films.
- It has no adverse effects on mechanical, optical and barrier properties.
- It produces clear and transparent films for an extended period of time.
- It helps to avoid fogging from chilled and hot packaged food.
- The recommended loading level for most applications is 0.2-0.4%, for random copolymer PP layer is 1.0-1.5% and for homopolymer PP film is 1.5-2.0%.
- Shelf life of the grade is 12 months.
