QIANGLI QL-2311 VDV3500 by Huangshan Qiangli Chemical is a high purity, low acid value, low volatile content, non-potassium & non-sodium ions vinyl-terminated dimethylpolysiloxane. Used as HTV for the production of basic raw material to enhance hardness and strength of silicone rubber. It is the main raw material for LSR (liquid silicone rubber), injection thermoforming silicon rubber and is designed for thermoplastic extrusion promotion and organic polymer modification. It is suitable electronic potting compounds such as power supply, LED lamps and electrical appliances. Used as a plasticizer and acts as an internal mold release agent. It is an easy to polymerize and low temperature compliant grade and exhibits enhanced toughness, electrical insulation, no mechanical purity good demolding- and water proofing effect. Recommended for thermoplastic extrusion promotion and organic polymer modification. QIANGLI QL-2311 VDV3500 improves surface- and internal lubrication and provides good thermal stability, aging-, weather-, scratch- and UV resistance.
