HECO® STAT 211 PP

HECO® STAT 211 PP by HECOPLAST is an amine-free, internal short-term antistatic agent. It has non-polar residues extending into the polymer matrix and polar residues on the surface.

• The polar groups attract moisture, forming a thin film that allows electrical charges to dissipate through ionic conduction.
• The recommended dosage level is 1.0-3.0% depending on the desired properties.
• It is suitable for polypropylene in injection molding and extrusion.
• HECO® STAT 211 PP has a shelf life of 12 months.
• It has approval according to EU (VO) No. 10/2011 and US FDA.
