HECO® FOAM 940 S by HECOPLAST is a chemical, endothermic blowing and nucleating agent. It is suitable for processing thermoplastic polymers such as polystyrene in injection molding, extrusion and direct gassing.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0% for extrusion (weight reduction), 0.2-0.5% for injection molded parts to avoid sink marks, 0.1-1.0% for cell regulation and nucleation.
- HECO® FOAM 940 S complies with EU (regulation) No. 10/2011 and US-FDA.
- It has a shelf life of 12 months.
