Fluorescent brightener ER-II (FBA 199:1) by Hebei Xingyu Chemical acts as a fluorescent brightener. Its absorption rate is one time faster than the ER-I, its color development temperature is lower than the ER-I and its whiteness is 1.4-1.6 times higher than the ER-I. Fluorescent brightener ER-II (FBA 199:1) is suitable for the terylene chemical fibre, acetate fibre, polyamide fibre and plastics for whitening as well as blooming.
