SUPRMIX® D-148

SUPRMIX® D-148 by Hallstar acts as a process aid. It is hydrated amorphous silica.

• It eliminates the problems in weighing and the need to scrape out the weighing container during the mixing cycle by our incorporating the D-148 process aid on our amorphous silica carrier to make a free flowing powder dispersion.
• It can be used effectively in place of several higher priced products and is neutral in most cure systems and contains no waxes or silicones to affect adhesion or bonding qualities.
• It is highly compatible in SBR, CR and is also useful in natural rubber and EPDM.
• Improves batch incorporation time and improves extrusions.
• SUPRMIX® D-148 reduces waste, clean up time and scorch.
