Weather resistant titanium dioxide. It has rutile crystallographic structure, is nontoxic, non-flammable, has very good optical properties, is easily dispersible and is chemically inactive. It is surface treated with Aluminum (Al2O3) and silicon compounds & modified with hydrophilic organic compounds. It is used for pigmenting plastics (PVC, floor lining, linoleum, polyolefin, polyesters (including unsaturated), polycarbonates, polyacrylates, polyurethanes).
